Localizer, Inc. was founded in 2009 by Sheldon Casper and Allen Monroe. Combined they bring over 40 years of advertising, marketing and sales experience to every client they work with.

Allen Monroe has refined effective salesmanship techniques in the Insurance and Financial industries, implementing them for companies like Xerox, helping them achieve their most profitable sales quarters. Allen routinely helps sales teams and point-of-sales personnel become more profitable and equipped to close sales.

Sheldon Casper brings experience from the inside of direct marketing and advertising design. Sheldon was a Lead Designer and Art Director for over 12 years.

He has spent over 15 years crafting effective and profitable direct response copywriting, conversion focused design, and marketing funnels for businesses in dozens of different industries.
